Translation of a site may take a while...
Ctrl-key when pressed, changes popup mouse-over behaviour.
Use this as often as possible, to prevent popups over all
words while you move mouse in a page.
Note: This page is simple proxy for www.rambler.ru/dict/ .
The SQL database is temporary switched off, because it's
not used in other development, and because I bought Lingvo.
Please let me know to start SQL database if you like to
test this project...
